LCA Membership

A community of leaders committed to change that lasts.

Leading Change Africa (LCA) membership recognises leaders who are serious about values-based influence, strategic execution, and people-centred change across African institutions and nations.

Membership is not just a title. It is a professional and moral commitment to lead with character, clarity, and measurable impact—whether you serve in government, business, non-profit, faith-based, or community spaces.

LCA members gain access to a trusted network, curated learning opportunities, and specialised support to help them translate intention into execution and execution into real public value.

Who LCA membership is for

LCA is designed for leaders who:

  • Hold responsibility for teams, projects, organisations, or public initiatives;
  • Want to align values with daily leadership decisions;
  • Are actively engaged in solving real problems in their context; and
  • Desire a community that challenges, equips, and supports them.

How Membership Works

From interest to recognition.

  1. Expression of interest or nomination – a leader applies directly or is nominated through an LCA programme, partner institution, or referral.
  2. Review and alignment check – LCA assesses role, experience, track-record, and values alignment against the relevant designation criteria.
  3. Confirmation and onboarding – successful candidates receive their designation, membership number, certificate, and next steps for engagement.
  4. Ongoing review – membership status may be upgraded (or, where necessary, withdrawn) based on conduct, contribution, and continued alignment with LCA values.

Verification of Membership

Every active member of LCA has a unique membership number which can be verified by institutions, partners, and the public.
